Tasmania
We only had one stop in Tasmania, a place called Burnie. It's pretty tough to say much about Tasmania when you only visit a wee little place like Burnie but I think Tasmania would be worth another visit someday.
From Melbourne to Burnie it about 250 km so we made it over night. I had hoped we'd go to Hobart, the capitol of Tasmania, and located at the opposite end of the island but no luck.
Once again we're docked at an industrial dockyard. That's the Silver Muse in the middle of the pic.
Windmill sections from Hong Kong. Everything is from bloody China these days.
We get some prettier sites once we get out into the country.
Before we go back to the ship we visit a very green park.
And that was it for out very short visit to Burnie, Tasmania. We never did get to see a Tasmanian Devil. Next time I hope.
