The people

We've been on a few tours in the past few years: bus, ocean and river and this is by far the best bunch of folks we've encountered yet. Even the big bald headed fucker, who needed so badly to be at the front always, wasn't a bad guy at heart. Just his way I guess.

This page of the blog will appeal to no one but me and I only included it so I can look at it a year from now and see if I still remember all the names. Even now it's getting foggy.

Joan from Vancouver. Our cyclo driver took this pic. He thought we were a couple except Joan is a lesbian and was on the tour with her significant other Eylin. Hard to to tell these days. Anyway they were both nice gals.

We visited a small village on an island in Halong Bay. Cat Ba Island. The group in the middle is Allan (with the beard), Faye and Jo (wife of Allan). The guy in the blue shirt to the left is Terry - from Cache Creek, BC.

The last night on the ship they had the entire crew come out and receive our applause for such a good job. I wish I could remember all their names. They sure learned our names.
