Mediterranean Cruise

On our first Seabourn cruise, which was the last week of December, 2014 and the first week of January, 2015 we met a couple from Austria and became friends. Robert and Rosa Hoerhann. That's them in the picture.

In the summer of 2016 Terri and I did a river cruise down the Danube from Prague to Budapest and we met up with them one afternoon for a bike ride from Melk to Durnstein.  They live close by and we arranged for them to meet us in Melk and go by bike down the path to Durnstein. Much fun!

Last summer they emailed and said they were doing a short Mediterranean cruise in August 2018 and would we like to join them - of course we would!

And so we did!  And hopefully we'll meet them again on future cruises.  It seems than none of our old friends are interested in travelling with us anymore so it's nice to meet new people who are!

This cruise was short - only 10 days on the ship - The Seabourn Encore. Two days pre-cruise in Monte Carlo and two days post cruise in Barcelona.
