Hiking: Art Smith Trail
Today we went up the Art Smith Trail.
This is another one of the almost straight up trails. The only good thing is once you reach the end it's all down hill.
It was about a three hour hike but 2-1/2 hours would be more accurate as we had a lot of stops to catch our (my) breath. MapMyHike said 11 km overall.
One highlight of the trip - we passed Goldie Hawn on our way up. She was on the way down and was pretty sweaty - still looking good though. I suspect the two people with her were her hair dresser and make-up person. Maybe not though.

This is a shot looking over the Bighorn Country Club. This is a verrrrry expensive community. Probably where Goldie lives.

The way the rocks are arranged up here is truly amazing - it's almost like they were placed there by some huge person.
Some plantlife. There certainly wasn't as much as on the Cactus Springs Trail last week. Not as much water I guess.
